Let's face it, you’re probably here because you want more.

You’re here because, somewhere along the way, you realised that pregnancy and birth in the UK today are not something you want to leave to chance.
You’ve heard the stories, you’ve felt the unease, and you’ve decided that crossing your fingers and hoping for the best is not an option for you.

You’re not the kind of person who wants to hand over your power and disappear into a system that often feels stretched, rushed, and impersonal.
You understand that the birth of your baby will be one of the most significant and memorable days of your life, and you want it to be remembered for the right reasons, not because you felt unheard, unsupported, or swept along by circumstances you didn’t fully understand.

You know you want support along the way, but not just any support. Reading a couple of books or doing a quick online course doesn’t feel sufficient preparation for something this profound. You want an experienced professional to walk alongside you, offering unwavering, unconditional support, someone whose role is centred entirely around you.

You want someone who works for you, not for a failing maternity system.

This is where I come in.

I support women who want more than standard maternity care. People who value continuity, advocacy, emotional safety, and a strong, steady presence. People who want to feel cared for, protected, and supported every step of the way.

I am one of the most booked doulas in the South and that is because I choose to work with fewer families so that the support I offer is deep, attentive, and genuinely present. This way of working allows me to offer continuity of care and to truly walk alongside each family I support, rather than spreading myself thin.

Because of this, my diary often fills well in advance, and early connection is strongly encouraged if this kind of support resonates with you.

My whole philosophy is that the best preparation for parenthood starts in pregnancy, when you are supported to feel confident, informed, and held as you step into this life-changing transition.

It is a true privilege to work with families at such an important time in their lives, and I never take that lightly.

If this speaks to you, I invite you to reach out for a calm, open conversation, with no pressure and no obligation, just space to explore whether this support feels right for you.

My Services

My antenatal support services are designed to provide you with the knowledge, resources, and emotional support you need to prepare for childbirth and early parenthood. This support can be calls, video calls, online lessons or in person discussions

I offer compassionate postnatal care to help you navigate the challenges of the postpartum period and ensure a smooth transition into motherhood. This is also available past the first few weeks with baby.

My virtual doula support provides compassionate guidance, emotional reassurance, and evidence-based information through online sessions. It is ideal for families who want personalised support and connection from the comfort of their own home.

My labour and birth support services are aimed at providing continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labour and delivery to ensure a positive birthing experience for you and your family.
