Doula Services

For parents who prefer flexible, individual support rather than a full package, I offer standalone services tailored to your needs.

Whether you’re looking for antenatal guidance, childcare assistance, postpartum care, or overnight support, you can choose the specific services that best suit your journey and needs. Each session with me is designed to provide reassurance, expert advice, and hands-on support, ensuring you feel confident at every stage.

Free Discovery Call

I invite you to a free 30-minute phone or Zoom chat, where you can ask any questions about your birth journey, and we can discuss how I might support you. This initial conversation is an essential part of the process, as it gives us both a chance to connect and understand each other.

Get To Know Your Doula - Home Visit

This will be a home visit of around 60-90 minutes , where you can ask any questions about your birth journey, and we can discuss how I might support you. It allows you to get a sense of who I am, my approach, and how I may help make your experience as positive and empowering as possible. This visit is available to families within 1 hour of SN, NW9 or SW19.

Power hour

Power Half Hour

A power hour video call / phone call can be empowering at any stage of pregnancy, especially when it comes to understanding and asserting your rights in birth choices.

A Power Half Hour is all about ensuring you feel knowledgeable, confident, and empowered—whatever your choices may be. Can be on phone call or video call.

Power Hour Client Testimonial

"I just want to message to say thanks for the call. It really has helped me look at things differently. I was so scared the midwife would just ruin everything again but now I feel much stronger and confident to say what I want this time round.
It’s opened up discussions between me and Rob which is always a good thing. He’s starting to get on the same page, slowly but he’ll get there.
Can I book another zoom for just you and him? I think it would be good if he does it alone so he can ask you any questions.
Send me the link to book it if that’s ok?!" Carly

Childcare for labour/ birth

Welcoming a new baby is exciting but can be challenging when arranging childcare for your other children. I offer flexible, reliable childcare during labor, ensuring your little ones are cared for by someone they know and trust. To help them feel comfortable, I’ll meet with you and your child(ren) beforehand. If helpful, my 7-year-old daughter can also accompany me as a friendly companion. I’m here to provide peace of mind so you can focus on your birth experience.

Our free consultation needs to be booked first before we can schedule a childcare support service.

Antenatal In-Person Support

Antenatal Virtual Support

In the Antenatal In-Person Support, it is designed to help you feel informed, confident, and ready for birth. We can discuss your birth plan, past experiences, pregnancy concerns, or explore physiological birth education—whatever you need to feel best prepared. This will be in person at your home.

In the Antenatal Virtual Support, through an online call, we can explore your birth plan, address any concerns, reflect on past experiences, or dive into physiological birth education - focusing on what matters most to you and your baby.

Postnatal Daytime Support

Postnatal Overnight Support

In the daytime support service, I’m here to provide emotional and practical support, ensuring you feel nourished, rested, and confident as you adjust to life with your new baby. Whether you need guidance with feeding, babywearing, or simply someone to listen, I’ll be there. I can also assist with light housework. My focus is on "mothering the mother," offering whatever support you need.

A restful night can make all the difference. I provide overnight care so you can get the sleep you need while knowing your baby is in safe, nurturing hands. Throughout the night, I will comfort and care for your baby, handle all nappy changes, and bring them to you for feeds if breastfeeding. If bottle-feeding, I will prepare and feed your baby as needed. This service is available in most locations within 2 hours of Swindon.
